- Print fulfillment partners (Printify, Printful, Gelato): to print and ship your order

- AI rendering service (Replicate): to generate your custom tribute design from the photo you upload
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics, Meta): to measure website performance and ad effectiveness
- Government agencies or law enforcement: only when required by law
4. How we protect your information
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, encrypted credentials in our database, and limited access to customer data within our team. Our payment partner (PayPal) is PCI-DSS compliant — we never see or store your full card number.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but we commit to notifying affected customers within 72 hours of any confirmed data breach.
5. Cookies and tracking pixels
We use cookies and similar technologies for:

7. Memorial niche photos & personal stories
Many of our customers share photos and stories of loved ones who have passed away. We treat this content with the respect it deserves:
- We never use customer photos or stories in ads without explicit written permission
- We retain order photos for 7 years to support reorders and tax records, then automatically delete them
- We never share customer photos with third parties beyond what is required to fulfill the order (print partner)
8. Children's privacy
Tribute Tees is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International transfers
Tribute Tees is operated from the United States. If you place an order from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
