The rules for using our website and placing orders.

Welcome to Tribute Tees. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the orders you place with us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Tribute Tees is a custom apparel brand operated in the United States. We sell t-shirts, hoodies, and mugs featuring AI-generated tribute designs created from photos and personal information you provide.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By using the site, you confirm you meet this requirement and you have the legal authority to enter a binding contract.

3. Your account and orders

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when placing an order
  • Provide a valid payment method
  • Provide a valid shipping address you have access to
  • Not place orders for fraudulent purposes

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, unavailable products, pricing errors). If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund within 7 business days.

4. Photos and content you upload

By uploading a photo or submitting a personal note, you confirm:

  • You own the photo, OR you have permission from the copyright holder to use it
  • The person in the photo has consented to having their image reproduced (or you are their legal representative — e.g., a family member ordering a memorial tribute)
  • The content is not unlawful, hateful, or infringes any third party's rights

You grant Tribute Tees a limited, non-exclusive license to use your uploaded photo and notes solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order (rendering the design, printing, customer support, fraud prevention).

We will NOT use your photo or notes in marketing, advertising, or social media without your explicit written permission.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Pricing is shown on each product page and updated in real-time at checkout based on options you select.

  • Shipping: $3.99 (US) / $9.99 (international) per item, FREE on orders over $100
  • Sales tax: calculated at checkout based on your shipping address (US residents)
  • VAT/duties: international customers are responsible for any import taxes or customs fees
  • Payment methods: PayPal, credit/debit cards (via PayPal)

Payment is captured at checkout. If a payment fails or is reversed (e.g., chargeback), we reserve the right to cancel the order and recover any costs.

6. Order processing & production

  • Design preview: within 24–48 hours of payment, we email you a preview of your tribute design for approval
  • Revisions: 1 free revision included; additional revisions $10 each
  • Production: begins after you approve the preview (or after 5 days if no response — see Section 7)
  • Shipping: 5–10 business days (US) / 10–21 business days (international) after production starts

7. Approval response time

After we email you the design preview, you have 5 calendar daysto approve or request revisions. If we don't hear from you within 5 days, we proceed to production with the preview as sent. This is to keep production schedules predictable for all customers.

8. Returns and refunds

See our full Return & Refund Policy. In short:

  • Custom items (anything with a personal photo or name) are not returnablefor buyer's remorse — they have no resale value
  • BUT we will reprint or refund any order with a quality defect, shipping damage, or our error
  • You must report the issue within 14 days of delivery

9. Intellectual property

The Tribute Tees brand, logo, design styles (Honor Portrait, Folded Flag Memorial, etc.), website code, and all content (other than customer-uploaded photos) are owned by Tribute Tees and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially use any of our content without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

Tribute Tees provides the website and products "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunity arising from your use of the site
  • Total damages exceeding the amount you paid for the order in question

This does not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Tribute Tees against any claims arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your violation of any third- party rights (including copyright, privacy, or publicity rights of people in photos you upload), or (c) your fraudulent use of the site.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (and the state of our business operations) without regard to conflict of law rules.

We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. Email [email protected] first — we respond to every email and want to make things right.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
